JOB POSTING

Glovertown Town Council will be accepting resumes for a full-time janitor/labourer. Janitor will be responsible for cleaning Town-owned facilities (i.e., Town Hall, Arena, Fire Hall, Recreation Bldg., Visitor Information Center, etc.). In addition, the successful candidate will regularly assist our Recreation Workers as a labourer i.e., lawn care/landscaping, brush cutting, carpenter’s helper, painting, etc.

Janitor position will be approx. 25 hours per week. (January 1 – mid June & October 1 – December 31)
Janitor/Labourer position will 40 hrs. per week (mid-June – September 30)
This is a unionized position and pay rate set as per union contract.

Resumes to be submitted on or before March 28, 2025. This position will begin immediately upon hire.
