About the Marina

of 1

The Glovertown Yacht Club Marina is located at the mouth of Penney’s Brook, right in the heart of Glovertown and in close proximity to most town services. The Glovertown Marina is located within a vibrant community at the upper end of Alexander Bay, a sheltered inland reach of the larger Bonavista Bay. This area presents opportunity for various types of boating experiences in a dramatically scenic setting abounding with wildlife. The Marina operates from May – October.

Haulout services are provided by means of a 50 ton Marine Travelift. All-season storage space is available on site. Free parking is provided for berth holders and their guests. Local stores have a good stock of marine supplies.

Garbage disposal, washrooms, shower, laundry and free wireless internet services are all available on site. The Marina is very close to grocery shopping, pharmacy, medical clinic, building supplies, service stations, postal services, onshore accommodations and churches.
