Public Notice – MUNICIPAL PLAN AMENDMENT
Glovertown Town Council has received an application to amend its Municipal Plan and Development Regulations to allow the reuse of the former retail store at 132 Main Street North as a double dwelling. As shown below, the amendment will rezone approximately 0.45 hectares from GENERAL COMMERCIAL to RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY.
The proposed amendments are available for viewing at the Town Office and on the Town’s website (www.glovertown.ca). Comments or objections may be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM, Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
