Council has received an application from Tara Kelly to operate an esthetics studio business, Positive Vibes, from her residential property located at 20 Hillivew Heights Ext.

Any person who feels they would be adversely affected, should this request be approved, must express their concerns in writing to Council on or before 3:00 pm Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
